Today the Outdoor Explorers built shelters out of tarps and rope. Most campers had used tents before but this was a new experience that they really excelled at. Campers showed great teamwork and communication skills. They worked together to secure the ropes to the trees and bring the tarps up over the ropes. By the end of the activity, they all had a greater knowledge about surviving in the outdoors!
