Camp Dates for Staff and Junior Counselors
Counselors and Program Staff
| Mini Orientation (new staff only) | TBD- late May or early June. We will accommodate academic & exam schedules. |
| Staff Training | Monday through Saturday, June 9 – 14, 2025 Alternate training options are available for staff taking exams the week of staff training. |
| Camp Season | Mondays – Fridays, June 16 – August 8, 2025. Roughing It gives preference to staff who can work the full summer. |
| Staff Meetings / In Service Training | 7-9 pm: June 17 (Tue), July 1 (Tue), July 15 (Tue), July 29 (Tue) |
Administrative Staff
Directors, assistant directors, and all staff supervisors.
| All Staff Dates | Admin staff must attend dates listed above for all staff. |
| Administrative Staff Training | Saturday, May 24 – Monday, May 26, 2025 (required) May 28 – June 6 (prep weeks, optional) |
Support Staff

Junior Counselors
Junior Counselors must attend staff training and commit to at least two sessions of camp.
