Hi Camp Families!
We are excited to kick off our 47th summer of camp by offering more ways to have an amazing summer outdoors. As we continue to enhance our camp programs, our 4 & 8 week Day Camp still has everything that campers love the most. Our longer sessions provide the very best camp experience as campers have more opportunities to make lifelong friends, grow, and develop new skills. Campers truly have the experience of a lifetime!

New! More Outdoor Cooking! Because it was such a hit, Outdoor Cooking will be added to the options for the weekly Choice Periods for every Day Camper group! In addition, an all-ages Outdoor Cooking Club will be offered as part of CampPlus every Friday. |

New! Sports Clinics! Sports continues to be a camper favorite so we are excited to add Sports Club to CampPlus, after camp on Mondays for 1st-3rd graders and Tuesday for 4th grade and up. |

New! 2 Week Day Camp Sessions for Campers 1st-6th Grade! We have expanded our Day Camp program to include 2 week sessions giving campers who need a shorter session the opportunity to experience Roughing It Day Camp. 2 week campers are in their own groups and horseback riding is not included. After camp riding can be added for an additional fee. Read more here! |

At Roughing It, all of our campers are part of our extended Camp Family! The Roughing It family tradition continues as Amy joins us as Camp Director and our Grandson Cecilio returns to camp for his 9th summer! It is so rewarding to see our campers grow up at Roughing It and return as counselors, sharing camp traditions and values with new generations of campers. Now, many of our alumni send their children to Roughing It for the same special experience they loved as Campers!
Our camp families keep Roughing It going strong. We look forward to seeing you back at camp for another magical summer! Happy Camping!
