How to Register
Registration can be completed
online or done over the phone (925-283-3795). Currently
all our programs are open, but spaces fill fast!
Discounts
We offer a variety
of discounts, including sibling discounts, refer a friend credits,
and payment plans, that you can learn about on our
discounts page.
Completing the Enrollment Process
After registering, there are a couple additional steps to follow to
get your camper set for
the summer. Depending on whether your camper is new or returning,
you may need to fill out health history and camper application forms. We have provided a step-by-step guide to help you
complete the enrollment process before the summer starts. Choose
from one of the following:
Payment Method
We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for all payments. We offer an interest-free payment plan for
families requiring special arrangements, but all camp fees must be paid
prior to the the beginning of camp. Learn more about payment plans

Refunds
Our refund policy is designed
to discourage last minute cancellations and to help families on the waiting
list. The fee is refundable minus 10% up to May 1. After May 1,
there is no refund unless the space can be filled by another camper.
During camp, there is no refund for camper illness, missed days or
vacations, or dismissal from the program.
Childcare Tax Credit Information
Roughing It is a non-residential camp and thus qualifies as a childcare
tax credit for children up to the age of twelve. Roughing It's Tax
ID Number (EIN) is 91-0896216 and we send out official tax documents
to our enrolled families in January.
