Saddle Club
Saddle up and join our club! After camp we will
head out to do more horseback riding lessons, vaulting, games, and
horsemanship. To accommodate a variety of skill levels, campers will
be grouped and taught according to their riding ability. Campers will
ride each day, then join back together for games and other activities.
Saddle Club members have a 40-minute lesson and then untack and feed the
horses. Campers can also participate in our
Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) skills awards program
and earn awards in on of four skill levels from beginning through
advanced. Testing will take place once per session. At the
Saddle Club Horse Show, parents can come watch their campers show
their skills! A snack is included.
Note: Saddle Club is open to 1st graders and up in the 4 & 8
week Day
Camp or Horse Camp programs only (No Outdoor Explorers or Little
Raccoons). The Saddle Club Horse
Show is open to 4 & 8 week Day Campers only.
