How to Enroll: New Campers

1. If you haven't already done so, complete registration for the upcoming summer. You can register online, register over the phone at 925-283-3795, or download and return the form below. You can mail in the completed form (PO Box 1266, Orinda, CA) or fax it to 925-283-1619.

2. Each child must have a camper application completed for them and on file by May 1st or at time of registration.  Fill out and return the following form.  You can mail in the completed form (PO Box 1266, Orinda, CA) or fax it to 925-283-1619.

3. If your child will be bringing medication to camp, whether prescription or over the counter, please download and complete our medication release form.  You can mail in the completed form (PO Box 1266, Orinda, CA) or fax it to 925-283-1619.

4. A doctor needs to complete our health verification form for your camper(s) by May 1st or at time of registration.  Campers will also need to have had a physical examination within 18 months prior to their attendance at camp. Please have your child's physician complete the following form and have it mailed (PO Box 1266, Orinda, CA) or faxed (925-283-1619) to us.

Have you considered any additional services you may need for your campers during the summer?  Roughing It offers before and after care for busy families with our CampPlus program.  For families who would like the convenience of pre-made lunches, we have partnered with Kids Chow to provide delicious and nutritious lunches for our campers.
