Group Counselors should have previous experience working with children, and must
be effective leaders and role models. Group counselors spend their entire day with a
group of 15 campers, and are responsible for planning activities, as well as supervising
campers at all times. Group Counselors are also required to accompany and
supervise campers on daily bus routes to and from camp and camp activity
areas.
