This is a great
opportunity for new families to see our site and try some camp
crafts, nature & field games. Families can take a tour of the
beautiful Lafayette Reservoir. Meet our directors, Ann and Hobie,
and some of our great summer staff. Friends and family members of all ages

Check in at our greeter table to receive a schedule of activities.
Sign up for a tour and fishing sessions. Fishing sessions run every half hour and
tours run every 20 minutes - sign in early to guarantee
your spot in a tour/session. Families can join all other camp
activities at any time.
Parking at the Lafayette Reservoir
There is plenty of day parking and limited metered parking at the
Reservoir, so please bring either quarters for the meter or $7 cash
for all day parking. Credit cards are also accepted for meter
and day parking. The meters cost $0.25 every 15 minutes.
Where to Meet
Park at the far left end of the parking lot. Walk
up the paved road toward the playground structure. Our greeter table
will be in the grass field on the right. Look for staff in gold shirts.
What to Wear
Dress for the outdoors! Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or hiking
shoes. Bring a jacket or raincoat if rain or wind is in the forecast. Dress
children in clothing for play.
